1 can black beans
1 can 3 bean trio
2 cups organic vegetable broth
1/2 cup baby potatoes (sweet potatoes are also amazing)
Himalayan Pink Salt
Hot sauce (I used Trader Joe's Jalapeño)
Bragg's Nutritional Yeast
Dice your baby potatoes into halves.
Put cans of beans into your Crockpot. Add vegetable broth and potatoes. Add in seasonings and hot sauce for flavor.
Put your Crockpot on High and leave for 6-8 hours I like to leave mine for a long time so the flavors have time to marinate.
Scoop the chili into a bowl and top with nutritional yeast for cheesy flavor. I paired my chili with broccoli and romaine to get my greens in but you do you, sis!
