This is my go-to as of lately because it's been damn cold in Los Angeles, this keeps me warm and satisfied until lunch and it takes like pancakes drizzled with maple syrup. A true win win situation.
2/3 cup organic quick oats
maple extract (to taste)
stevia (to taste)
4 tbs Lakanto Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
1. Boil 1 cup of water in a small pot, add in your 2/3 cup of oats.
2. Slice your apple and banana.
3. Add your apple to the pot with cinnamon, stevia, maple extract and whatever flavors you like.
4. Scoop your oats into a bowl. Add sliced bananas and drizzle with your Lakanto Sugar-Free Syrup. Top with more cinnamon if you're extra like me. Enjoy!
