10 minute zucchini pasta


  • 1/2 cup organic garlic tomato sauce

  • 1 package frozen zucchini noodles

  • 1 garlic clove

  • onion powder

  • sea salt

  • ground pepper

  • hot sauce of choice (I used Trader Joe’s jalapeño hot sauce)

  • cheese of choice (I used Trader Joe’s vegan parmesan)


  1. Heat pan with water and frozen zucchini noodles, follow cook instructions on package.

  2. Once zoodles are cooked add in your tomato sauce, hot sauce, and seasonings. Stir continuously for 3-5 minutes.

  3. Add in vegan parmesan and stir until it is fully melted.

  4. Serve on a plate with fresh ground salt and pepper. Enjoy!
